Unfortunately, not all people lose weight at the same rate or with a set routine. By keeping workout logs and records, you and your trainer will have a wealth of insight as to how your body works and responds to your workouts over time.
At Fitness Together, you also are reassessed to measure not only weight, but overall body composition, flexibility, etc. Looking at weight alone does not provide the whole picture to you progression. With each assessment, you receive an Assessment Review to discuss your results and continual strategies.
