Aspire8 - Launch of new Fitness Program
One of the most common mistakes made by personal fitness trainers is the lack of direction they provide for their client(s). In most fitness establishments, there are no systems that properly progress clients to achieve a certain goal.
It is no wonder though. In a paradigm of quick fixes, boot camps, and whiz-bang-boom fitness training you're left to believe that is what "fitness" is. Training to the point of injury, vomitting, slow healing, and plateus are commonplace. Often times, these training programs are done in a group setting and allow for little adaptation or progression for the individual.
However, it doesn't have to be that way. Though we have always incorporated a balanced approach to fitness, we have recently upgraded to a program called Aspire8. This program was developed by the Fitness Together franchise with the help of expert health and fitness professionals, not weekend certified personal trainers.
