It is no wonder though.  In a paradigm of quick fixes, boot camps, and whiz-bang-boom fitness training you're left to believe that is what "fitness" is.  Training to the point of injury, vomitting, slow healing, and plateus are commonplace. Often times, these training programs are done in a group setting and allow for little adaptation or progression for the individual.

Though we have always incorporated a balanced approach to fitness, we have recently upgraded to a program called Aspire8. This program was developed by the Fitness Together franchise with the help of expert health and fitness professionals, not weekend certified personal trainers.
