Aspire 8

Apsire 8 is Fitness Together’s new program that elevates your workout to a focused inspired transformation (F.I.T.). Aspire 8 is designed to help clients achieve their fitness goals through eight progressive phases over a year’s time. This inspiring program starts with the new F.I.T. Consultation and Assessment, which creates a proprietary body type scoring. This classifies each client into one of four training zones. From there, we take personalization and goal specific program design to new heights with Aspire’s Phases, Levels and Modalities. Each fitness consultant works with their individual clients to build a custom program designed to progressively move them toward higher levels of fitness. As the workouts evolve, each client will see more improvement and attainment of their goals.
