I've gone from leading a sedentary lifestyle, exercising infrequently to achieving a more even and consistent workout regimen. Not to mention, I look and feel better!

I do PACK training and I enjoy it because of the camaraderie found within the classes as well as the concise and focused out work out routines. Why do you like 1 on 1 training?
I like one on one training because it maximizes the time you have to achieve the best results. You are able to diversify your workout, maintain intensity and focus on form better than working out alone.What city and state are you from?
