Fitness Togetherchallenges you to test your physique, show your strength and compete for the gold during an eight-week Beat Your Best Fitness Challenge.
Event Details
The Beat Your Best competition is an eight-week challenge for current and new clients that takes place during the same time as the 2012 Summer Olympics. Running from July 24-September 18, you will be given the opportunity to compete like an Olympian as you test your fitness level, strength and endurance during eight weekly individual fitness challenges. The Beat Your Best Fitness Challenge events will include:
- Week 1 Challenge: One Minute Max Push Ups
- Week 2 Challenge: The 100 Kettlebell Swing
- Week 3 Challenge: One Minute Max Box Jumps
- Week 4 Challenge: Timed One Mile Run
- Week 5 Challenge: Max Plank Hold
- Week 6 Challenge: One Minute Max Rope Slams
- Week 7 Challenge: Max Incline Sprints
- Week 8 Challenge: Slam Ball Throw
Awards
Similar to Olympic medalists, the top three Beat Your Best finishers in each weekly event will be awarded gold, silver and bronze medals in recognition of their efforts. At the end of the eight-week challenge, the overall top three finishers will be crowned based on the total number of medal points they accumulate throughout all eight weekly challenges.

- Current clients with 3x per week PACK membership may join this competition for no additional charge.
- Current clients with 2x per week PACK membership or one-on-one personal training can join the competition for $149, which will add 1x week PACK training to your membership.
- New and past clients are invited to join the challenge for $599, which includes 3x week of PACK sessions for eight weeks, plus a complete eight-week meal plan.
