November Nutrition Tip of Week 2: Eat Pecans

Pecans contain a truckload of nutrients including potent antioxidants such as vitamin E, beta-carotenes, ellagic acid, zeaxanthin and lutein. Just watch the portion size, as like all nuts they are high in fat (albeit “good” fat) and calories.
