I like the one on one session in a setting in which no one else is watching you, unlike at the gym. You're not having to wait on a piece of equipment and your trainer actually knows before hand (weeks at a time) what exactly you will being doing routine wise.

you have achieved:
I had been working out on my own for a couple of years on and off, so I thought I was in good shape, but I lacked the definition because I was always working the same muscle groups. Now that its springtime I am wearing short sleeve shirts and shorts and people really notice the definition in my arms and legs.Tell us about any hobbies you may have:
Now I would have to say fitness is my hobby because I am always doing something around that. But when I am not, my most favorite thing to do is hang out with my Golden Retriever. I volunteer with Adopt-A-Golden Atlanta and help foster abandoned dogs. Also, building a wine collection. I enjoy collecting (and of course drinking) wine that I have tasted while doing winery tours on my vacations.

I was born in Northern Virginia, outside the metro DC area.
Tell us about your children and/or pets:
I have a Golden Retriever name King. He is what we call a “permanent foster” due to his medical issues. King make’s certain no children enter my house.
What is your favorite exercise?
Squats…No, not really; but I can certainly see the benefits of them! What is your favorite healthy food?
Fresh fruit, though I am very partial to pineapple.
What is your favorite “bad” food?
Chocolate Chip Cookies…why, do you have one for me?
What is your profession? How Long?
I am an HR professional for a large hospital. It’s more of an analytical role as it relates to budgets, staffing, and special projects. I have been at the hospital now for 13 years.

How did you discover Fitness Together?
I was fortunate to hear about FT through a Groupon offer they did. Of course I checked them out and found Kelly’s CNN video. I was fortunate that his FT location was right by my office. Dennis & Katie are both excellent trainers and I have a lot of fun training with them, sure I groan at times, but it’s well worth it
