DO NOT go to Grocery Store Hungry

DO NOT go to the grocery store hungry: When you’re hungry, youcan become a beast ready to eat anything on site. This leads to impulse buys of your favorite junk foods such as candy bars, chips, and ice cream. You crave these things to get your blood sugar up quickly. By eating a healthy snack before you go, you significantlydecrease the impulse buy. (Ever notice they always put candy at the checkout counter?)
