Why do you like Fitness Together?
 I love Fitness Together because of the personal attention I receive while I train.  Before I came to Fitness Together, I  had knee surgery and the training that I do is specifically tailored to returning me to peak fitness while protecting me from any further joint injuries – it has been great!







Tell us some of the results you have achieved:
I am in better shape now than I was 10 years ago – I have high energy and feel great!

Why do you like one on one training?
One on one training keeps me motivated and accountable.

Tell us about any hobbies you may have:
Cycling on the weekend, reading and volunteering in the community.

 What is your favorite exercise?
 I like doing dips because I am great at them – ha!

Greek Yogurt

 Ice Cream

 Non-Profit Management – Since 1992

 Too many to have a favorite.

How did you discover Fitness Together?
It is literally adjacent to my workplace.
