December Nutrition Tip of Week 4: Gear yourself up for the New Year


Fail to plan and you plan to fail. This is the week, between Christmas and New Year’s Day, when things have quieted down a bit and the holidays are coming to an end. Now is the time to clean out the fridge and pantry of junk food and replace with healthful fare to start the New Year off on the right foot!
