February Nutrition Tip of the Week 2: Demand Dark Chocolate

Just in time for Valentine's Day...make sure yourdark chocolatechocolate of choice is the dark variety-rich in disease-fighting flavonoid antioxidants. Just remember though, the devil is in the details with chocolate (packed with sugar and fat) so be sure to eat it by the piece and not the pound!  Also, search for organic and 75%+ dark.
